El problema

Take a heritage craft — Štítnik lace, developed by the Szontágh sisters from 1905 — and launch it as a serious luxury maison, not a costume show: archival research, four artists across disciplines, and a runway tour spanning Štítnik, Prague, Budapest and Rožňava, each stop with its own venue, permits, press and languages.

Lo que construimos

The full production system. Curatorial brief and 11-look runway order co-written with the artists; venues and permits secured (including Kaiserstein Palace in Prague); artist contracts, transport and payouts; a vertically integrated supply chain with ceramic ornaments from the GemCraft workshop; and a single brand.json source of truth feeding the in-house 9-agent Marketing Lab — so each city stop needs only a small overlay file to render new posters, social cards and a translated press kit in minutes, in SK / CZ / EN / HU.

El resultado

A teaser show in Štítnik (Dec 2025), a Prague presentation at Kaiserstein Palace (Apr 2026), a Budapest exhibition (May 2026) and the official collection launch in the Gemer region (Jun 2026) — with Vienna and return stops planned for 2027.
