Problém
CADEMA's catalogue lived on PrestaShop with 314 SKUs of messy, mixed Czech/Slovak accented product data, incomplete EAN coverage, and a manual multi-step process for every new product. The store needed to move to Upgates without losing a single record.
Čo sme postavili
A migration and normalisation pipeline: all 314 SKUs moved PrestaShop → Upgates, 895 EAN entries cleaned and matched despite the mixed-language text, valid EAN-13 codes generated for SKUs that lacked them, and a single n8n workflow that takes one form and publishes a new product in multiple languages.

The catalogue landed on Upgates with zero data loss — a 94% automated match rate on the messy EAN data, 374 fresh EAN-13 codes, and new-product creation reduced to one click.
