Scope of work
Every engagement is defined by a written proposal (scope, price, timeline) that you approve before work starts. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately — no surprise invoices.
Payment
Fixed-scope projects require the deposit named in the proposal before work begins; the balance is due on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled to the end of the following month. Late payments may pause active work.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, the final deliverables belong to you. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless the proposal says otherwise. Working files, internal tooling, and our build systems remain ours.
Revisions & acceptance
Each proposal states its revision rounds. Deliverables are considered accepted when you approve them or start using them commercially, whichever comes first.
Liability
We build carefully, but our liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content and materials you supply.
Third-party services
Websites and automations may rely on third-party platforms (hosting, analytics, email, AI providers). Their pricing and terms are theirs; we choose them carefully but don’t control them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If a clause is found invalid, the rest still stands.
