Real-time 3D garden-structure configurator with live pricing and PDF quote export.
Problem
CADEMA is a Czech manufacturer of wooden garden structures — 17+ years in operation, 4 factories, 35,000+ installations. Its products are deeply configurable (sizes, wall thicknesses from 16 to 70 mm, roofing, add-ons), which meant selling through back-and-forth catalogue PDFs and manual quotes.
Co zbudowaliśmy
A browser-based 3D configurator in React + Three.js: customers design their pergola or cabin in real time with a synced 2D plan and 3D view, watch the price update live as they change options, then export a one-click PDF quote or share the exact configuration by link.
Rezultat
The configurator became the sales floor — most quotes now close inside the 3D tool instead of over email, and it anchors CADEMA's configurator-first position in the Czech, Spanish and French markets.
