CADEMA's inbound sales calls arrive in Czech, and each one is a potential garden-structure order. Staffing a knowledgeable sales phone line at a manufacturer is expensive — and missed calls are missed quotes.

Co zbudowaliśmy

A Czech-language voice agent on Twilio + ElevenLabs that picks up the phone, understands the caller, answers product questions about the catalogue, qualifies the lead and forwards it into the order flow alongside the 3D configurator.

Rezultat

A real sales phone line staffed end-to-end by AI — callers get answers in natural Czech and qualified leads land in the pipeline instead of voicemail.
