Turning a local roaster into a national online brand

The challenge

Halden roasted exceptional coffee but looked like every other small-batch roaster: kraft paper, a wordmark, and a quiet Instagram. They wanted to sell beans online nationwide and needed an identity and a feed that could carry the weight.

Our approach

We rebuilt the identity around a single idea — 'measured warmth' — pairing a precise editorial wordmark with hand-drawn warmth and a punchy color system. Then we stood up a monthly content engine: a repeatable set of reel formats, carousels, and origin-story posts the in-house team could keep running.
