Spec-to-product pipeline: JSON in → photoreal renders, assembly PDF & CAD pack out.
The problem
High-spec and custom garden-structure orders need photoreal visuals, an assembly manual and CAD documentation for every individual quote — hours of skilled 3D and DTP work per customer if done by hand.
What we built
A FastAPI + Blender (MCP) pipeline that takes a JSON spec of the customer's structure, builds the parametric model in Blender, renders photoreal stills in three scenes, and automatically emits an assembly manual (ReportLab PDF) and a CAD pack.
The result
Custom quotes ship with a full visual and documentation pack generated from the spec — the same pipeline that supports CADEMA's direct high-spec sales in the Czech, Spanish and French markets.
