Plumbnote is the trading name of Nikos, a private individual (fyzicka osoba) resident in Slovakia.
The operator is NOT:

Income from Plumbnote is declared as "other income" (§8 of Act No. 595/2003 Coll. on Income Tax) in the annual Slovak personal tax return. Revenue thresholds are monitored; the operator will upgrade to SZCO or another legal status when Slovak law requires it.
VAT (DPH) status
- The operator is not VAT-registeredin Slovakia (turnover is below the €50,000 threshold under Slovak VAT Act No. 222/2004).
- For sales to EU customers, EU VAT is collected and remitted by Gumroad Inc. as Merchant of Record under the EU's VAT MOSS/OSS scheme. The operator does not charge, collect, or remit EU VAT directly.
- For non-EU customers, no VAT is charged.
- If you are a VAT-registered business buying a Plumbnote product, you can enter your VAT ID at Gumroad checkout and receive a valid EU VAT invoice from Gumroad.

As a private individual selling digital goods below the VAT threshold, there is no specific regulator for this activity in Slovakia. Consumer complaints can be directed to:

Professional liability insurance
The operator does not currently hold professional liability insurance. The liability for Plumbnote products is limited by the Terms of Service to the purchase price of the product in question.
